Pitch Reflection
How well I think that I and my partner had carried out gathering research is that very well, As we had did visual primary reaches as we had go up to our potential target audience and ask them about the idea of the advert and there had responded positively to the advert idea as there had liked it and gave us other film that the idea could relate to. The product research we had go to shelves spaces in shops that we could by Terry's orange chocolate and saw the placement of the chocolate as it was placed at eye level we had also seen the chocolate around the treys orange to see the potential target market, we had also seen that all of the chocolate that where around the terry orange where sharing chocolate including the Terry's orange chocolate.
How well that we had presented our pitch was very well as this was indicated towards the end when the audience we were presenting to had final question, we quite minimal, as we had answer questioned that we had already said as we where repeating our selfs. I think the idea went well as we had integrated an older Terry's advert to a modern day scenes, as they had used a theme of Indiana jones and where had modified it to a more updated film of Jason Bourne.
I think that we had presented our research clearly as we had shown real life example that helped us with the representation of our idea and shown real primary research such as the interview and graphs that we had did on our target audience. The research that we had mostly include was interpreted into the final idea of the advert.
How we would improve our pitch is first of all I would had filmed the advert in a draft style to visual shows of the potential that our advert would look like. What other element of content that I would place in our advert to improve it is the genre of music that we would use, what I would have done is that I would placed potential soundtrack that would be placed in the advert.
Research improvement that I would have done is the research of the e-thos of the client as I would show and develop the clarity of link of the e-thos. What research other rears that i would have done is asked our audience what type of genre music that we could have is to getting a more valid reasons to get example of potential music that we would use.
The improvement that I would done on the presentations is, the clarity of it, as for some area of the pitch we had only given a point and example but didn't explain of why we had used it, as an improvement i would only include section that are relevant to the main of the advert. I would also improve the order that we had presented out pitch as we had shown the primary audience research towards the begging rather them towards the end to give our audience a better understanding.

Two problematic advert
Why the tango advert would be a problematic advert is because it contains imiatable behaviour, which means that a younger view could recreate the scene in the advert that would harm other, as there is a man that goes around after you have drunk the Tango to slap you. As is the ASA regulations, it say that all advert before the watershed hour must not contain any behaviour of violence to one another. The complaint that were received had said that it was risk of harming each from a younger prospective. As doctors said that kids where tangoing each other that perforate there ear drums.
The Pot noodle advert was banned by the ASA as it had received complaints from the public of having a sexual representation. As there is man that is walking into a restaurant to his friends with a horn in is trousers which is meant to represent a erect penis which give is a inappropriate look to it. As the public said to the ASA that that advert was not suitable for children and to be placed before the watershed hour. As the advert had used comments and action that weren't suitable.
Two children advert
The Moneysupermarket.com advert was the most complained advert of 2016 as it has received 1,063 complaints, as the the advert was not upgraded. We can see in the advert that bodyguard Gary dressed in a suit with sunglasses on, starts to dance at a rally. The complaints where the the dancing was overly sexual and not allowed to be seen by kids, but however this was seen go be in a funny manner. The response from the complaints showed that they had found the dance moves distasteful. Dispute this not being banned, it has contain content that may offend a lot of people which mat help us to stay away from this type of advert.
The Heinze Beans can Song is a advert that is a problematic for children as this was banned from the ASA, as in the advert it is given you instruction on how to build your own drum out of a can. The ASA had said that they had received complaints that the advert shows instructions that may harm the younger age group, as they could be cut by the sides of the can as this is a risk. The amount of complaints that the ASA received from this was 3 that said that the advert encourage behaviour that is harmful.
